During the undertaking of the Dolphin Energy Field Development Project in the United Arab Emirates and Qatar circa 2004 to 2008 HPR was selected as the preferred supplier to provide specialised Survey, ROV, Diving and Construction Personnel for both long term secondment and adhoc positions. Throughout all phases of the project HPR personnel were used for onshore project management, technical and commercial support, subcontractor liaison, review and acceptance of final reports and charts and Offshore Client Representation on all vessels.

The Curriculum Vitae submitted fully illustrated personnel capabilities. This enabled the number of personnel selected to be minimal, rotating easily throughout the onshore and offshore operations thus providing valuable continuity over the period of the project.

The depth of experience, calibre and commitment by the personnel provided was well received and commended by the Project Management Team and further substantiated the selection of HPR as the preferred Company.

Having previously provided a large in-house Data Processing Team and other support staff for an earlier project, HPR were chosen to provide many of the personnel for the Al Faw Port Development UXO Mitigation work in 2013.

Finding and mobilising personnel to such a difficult onshore and offshore environment is extremely challenging and the HPR team were able to provide us with personnel who fitted our requirements exactly. The dedication and adaptability of the onshore survey team were a key factor in ensuring the project proceed quickly, accurately and most importantly safely.
